I've been working with Miguel for the past 3 months and I could't be happier!

My main goal was to learn about strenght training, but also to improve my vegan diet. It's been just a few months, but I can already ser all the progress we have made toguether: I'm slowly learning how to properly excersice and getting more confident at the gym (something I've been struggeling with for years!), and also improving my relationship with food, undestanding what I need and why.

Miguel's meal and workout plans are just great. They are 100% adapted to my needs: my preferences, fitness level and time available. Which has made It truly easy to incorporate these new habbits into my daily routine.

I have been working with Miguel since January 2022! I am a fit and healthy person, but watched Miguel on Social Media for several months before deciding to work with him to change up my regimen, learn more about strength training and continue to improve my overall health and wellness, mind and body!

Miguel's workouts have been challenging, yet still fun. He is able to accommodate for so many situations like home gyms, traveling, injuries and more! My strength has definitely improved while learning more about how to avoid working out too much! Not to mention his help with one-on-one videos to be sure form is correct. He continually provides guidance until the movement is completed accurately to avoid injury! This is huge for personal trainers, in my opinion, as so many I have worked with in the past are lacking in this area!

Meal plans, oh my goodness, just about every recipe Miguel has provided has been easy to prepare with simple ingredients and AMAZING flavor! I love food and Miguel has done a great job providing me those foods which I enjoy to the fullest as well as incorporating nutritional supplements that I used prior to joining his coaching program.

I consider myself a little high maintenance when it comes to my wellness journey as I ask many questions along the way. Miguel is so patient and knowledgeable and answers every question I have! Much of the unsung accolades are well deserved in the area of personal growth, development and self acceptance of body. His own personal journey seems to have provided a great point of view on how to help his clients in every area of wellness, which is much appreciated!

I look forward to continuing to work with Miguel as long as my budget will allow. I highly recommend his Super Coaching program and I honestly consider him a friend and have truly enjoyed working with him! Here's to our next 5 months! Thank you, Miguel!

I’ve been working with Miguel for a few months now. Our focus is primarily on nutrition and I am absolutely grateful for working with him. He’s incredibly knowledgable, empathetic and most importantly very considerate of my needs.

Moreover he is also really culturally sensitive. He helped me build an incredible meal plan for Ramadan and even included some typical Moroccan Ramadan dishes without me even requesting this.

I am happy with how my relationship to food has changed and how I am reaping the benefits of that on a day to day; I know portion control, understand what foods to have for satisfaction… etc. I highly recommend him and I am excited to continue working with him.

It’s been a great journey of learning about vegan nutrition and strength training, and Miguel‘s open-minded approach and friendly support help you in achieving your best performance.

Before working with Miguel, I didn’t really enjoy training in the fitness center too much because I lacked the know-how. Today, I love working out focusing on strength goals and resistance as opposed to cardio only.

Miguel has been wonderful as a training and nutrition coach for the past 6 months. His approach is gentle natured while still getting results, and he tailors the workouts and nutrition plans based on my individual needs and likes/dislikes.

His meals are tasty and easy to make - more importantly, I haven’t felt like I’ve been missing out or hungry at all in the past 6 months. His workouts are also well planned and I am super happy with the results so far. Highly recommend!

I had Miguel as coach for a year and I can say it has been a very useful, inspiring and pleasant journey.

When I started I had just decided to go fully vegan and I felt the need to have some help with it; how to eat healthy and on a balanced way and at the same time remain fit or even get fitter and stronger.

Miguel has been a great companion during this learning process, providing tasty and healthy meal plans allowing me to discover the ins and outs about a vegan lifestyle, and very useful training programs that really helped me achieving my goals.

Miguel was somehow always there, replying almost instantly to any questions I had, or by reaching out to me based on the data he had seen in the app, reacting to workouts done or to food stats I had registered. His presence was pleasant, it felt right from the start someone who is sincerely interested and who made a real effort helping me.

During this year I did not always have access to a gym, because of frequent periods abroad, but then Miguel each time proactively adapted my workout program. When we started I also had problems with an old shoulder injury, which sometimes made we had to adapt the workout program. I write “we” as Miguel did it together with me, showing empathy and great listening skills, and providing useful feedback and help.

Before, I also went to a gym a few times a week, but sometimes I overtrained and got injured, what I learned from Miguel is that its better to focus more on longer term goals and being consistent.

One year later I’m confident in being vegan and am sure it will last, and I’m fitter then I was when we started, despite of the shoulder injury. Thanks Miguel!

Miguel's approach has been extremely helpful. He is very accommodating and positive. I mainly wanted coaching as I was finding it difficult to have a well balanced vegan diet. Miguel exceeded my expectations when I tried his delicious recipes. He caters to my food preferences and plans my meals completely around them.

I was at my lowest in terms of fitness when I approached Miguel but now I feel stronger and fitter. Most importantly, consistency comes naturally to me now as opposed to earlier times when I needed to put efforts into just going to the gym.

If you are reading this, you are maybe considering Miguel to be your coach. Go for it, you won’t regret. It will probably be one of the best decisions you have taken to improve your health and general wellbeing. Miguel is quite knowledgeable, extremely professional, and will guide you to achieve your personal goals in a healthy way, whatever those goals might be.

When I started this journey with Miguel, my personal goals were to lose weight in a healthy way in the first place, and also to get fitter. A little over 4 months have passed and I am 7.5 kg (!) lighter, and I feel great, strong and relieved - I don’t think about loosing weight several times during the day anymore.

The meals are nutritious, well-balanced, delicious and simple to prepare. I never feel hungry (isn’t that amazing if I am loosing weight at this pace?) and I don’t have cravings anymore. I don’t feel that I am depriving myself of anything. Now I know how much I should eat in order not to gain weight, which is absolutely valuable for the future.

The workout plans are personalized and adapt as I get stronger. It is amazing what 40 minutes of workout, 5 times a week can do to our body!

Miguel really cares about my progress and is always there for me, either giving words of encouragement and good advice, or changing something that needs to be updated. And he is extremely sweet and an awesome person.

Working with Miguel for the past 2 months has been an incredible experience!! I have learnt so much about how my body works: Why do I have these cravings now and how to satisfy them in a healthy way? Why my body weigh fluctuates and what does it mean? How I can feel energised and even more happy based on the food I eat and how much I move!?

Miguel has also helped me understand which foods are good and healthy for me when following a fully vegan diet (I started the coaching as vegetarian), which is something I have struggled with a lot since I stoped eating meat and fish three years ago - too many fast and processed food options for vegetarians nowadays.

I’m also enjoying my workouts, they are tailored for me and my current physical state. I can see how the level increases each month and how I feel stronger!! And even tho Miguel is not there with me watching me do each exercise, he is constantly checking on me and I can send him videos of me performing the exercise to make sure I am doing everything correctly!!

I would really recommend Miguel’s services to anyone that need that tailor 1:1 coaching to achieve their fitness goals! It is affordable and very very effective

Starting my fitness (and not only, I'd call it a new lifestyle) journey with Miguel has definitely been a game changer! I had ended up on his Instagram page way before I actually decided to apply for his Super Coaching Programme and I remember I immediately had such a good vibe from the content of his posts. I'm SO glad I eventually contacted him, he's just the type of coach you are looking for if your goal is not only improve your fitness but becoming mindful of the new lifestyle you are creating and make it sustainable.

He creates tailored meal and workout plans based on your food and exercises preferences. He's always there for you, constantly giving you feedbacks and tips both for the workouts and the nutrition subject and gives the means to learn and apply them to your daily routine.

His meals are great, tasty and easy to make, I even started loving cooking! The workouts are challenging and fun, always depending what you are goals are.

What I personally like most about Miguel as a coach but especially as a person is his genuineness and the fact that he truly cares for you, which is an aspect you want to take into account when you're looking for a coach! He also makes everything so easy and enjoyable, which is such a great skill! Last but not least, what I am learning from him is to "being constant towards your goals but keep it fun because that's the most important part".

I have accomplished roughly two thirds of this transformation plan and I couldn’t be happier. I’m currently 40 years old and spent my last 15 years struggling to escape from being overweight. The truth is that I always did it with aggressive diet plans, which worked for a couple of months but never led me to a real transformation.

Now what gives me confidence that it will work this time? First, this is not a diet but a transformation plan, that combines healthy diet with a workout plan. So I ended up changing my routines, I learned to cook properly, and I’m on my wat to consider myself fit. Second, continuous monitoring from Miguel ensured that consistency would remain no matter how (de)motivated I felt sometimes.

An important aspect was also the fact that Miguel put me at ease when I told him that I didn’t want to go vegan. My concern, besides from improving my health, is to decrease substantially my carbon footprint. I haven’t touched meat for two and a half months, it’s true, but I will in the future. The big difference is that I will do it maybe once or twice a month, instead of everyday. And I know I’ll do it without any feeling of deprivation, since this plan broadened my food options in a substantial way.

Plus, Miguel is a nice easy going person, which really helps! Really happy our paths crossed!

I got to know Miguel’s work by seeing the results he achieved with my partner. It didn’t took much until I’ve asked for support to myself.
