    6 months of working with Miguel, I often find myself thinking, "Why didn’t I start sooner?" I came to him with 2 challenges: a lifelong struggle with disordered eating (binge/restriction disguised by my active lifestyle) and a desire to be vegan and fit. Previous coaches either rejected the vegan approach or focused only on animal welfare, but I wanted to be vegan AND fit. Here’s why I highly recommend him:

    1) Compassion: He treats you as a person and not a "number" in a big money-making business. He meets you where you are - he understands disordered eating/hormonal fluctuations. He never judges, preaches, or makes me feel guilty, but celebrates my progress. At the same time, he pushes me when I need it, encouraging me to step out of my comfort zone. He is super responsive and reactive and very easily available for feedback and advice regularly. And he NEVER pedals products, which so rare these days!

    2) Empowerment: Miguel gives me the confidence to speak about both veganism and fitness without worrying about labels like "extremist vegan" or "fitness freak." His focus is always on my goals, teaching me to ignore outside opinions and stay true to myself. His own physique and wisdom veganism and fitness show you can be both vegan AND fit!

    3) Enjoyment: Customized, adaptable, and most importantly, fun meal plans and workouts! Even my fiancé, /vegetarian), loves the recipes and is naturally shifting towards plant-based meals just by seeing how delicious they are. The personalized approach has been a game changer for my binge eating, and my binge episodes have drastically reduced due to his healthy, reasonable, non-restrictive approach. The workouts are challenging but FUN and I see strength gains each and every month.

    The best part? I actually look forward to getting back to my routine after a holiday—I miss the lifestyle!

    In conclusion, Miguel won't magically "changing your life" unless you put in the work of course. Nor will he promise you a BS "lose 10 kg in two weeks" nonsense. BUT, if you're ready and committed to making a sustainable, long-term transformation while genuinely enjoying the process, Miguel is your coach. I'm so glad I found him and can't wait to continue our journey together!

    If you’re someone like me, tried every diet on earth, have always been overweight, developed an eating disorder, or even have a chronic illness, then do yourself the biggest favor of your life and work with Miguel…

    I’ve been working with Miguel for 10 months now, and i have built life-long habits, learned so much about food and exercise, and finally started to have a healthy relationship with food. All of that while eating my favorite foods and working around my schedule.

    I’ve worked with other coaches in the past, and Miguel’s work ethic is incomparable… I think i can safely say that I am on his top 10 most difficult clients list I keep throwing at him curve ball after curve ball after curve ball…yet he NEVER makes you feel like you’re too much.     When I started working with Miguel my goals were to increase my energy levels, build muscle and start following a healthy vegan diet. Throughout the course of 10 months, Miguel has been on my side supporting me to reach all of these goals by feeling more energised, gaining ~4 kg of muscles and transitioning to a vegan diet. Miguel has produced a personalised home training programme and meal plan and was always able to adjust it based on my preferences. 4 months in the programme I saw my body transform and my energy levels rising and that boosted my confidence to continue and show up every week.

    The times that I needed more motivation, Miguel pushed me to stay consistent and that was the biggest transformation for me. I started feeling empowered that I was able to meet my goals by putting in the work and committing to training 4 times a week, which I managed to maintain for the majority of the weeks. I am very thankful that Miguel has also provided me with a lot of training and nutritional advice which I kept implementing in my weekly routine.

    He has also been very pleasant to work with, very supportive and responsive in our day to day communication. I would definitely recommend Miguel if you are looking for someone to keep you interested in the training programme by providing a variety of exercises and recipes and also keep you motivated during the days that you might struggle to keep consistent.     I wanted to say thank you so so much for your help this last couple of months, looking back where we started besides losing weight and gaining some muscle. I have drastically changed some habits.

    I barely eat any meat now compared to before, from eating and having a more balanced diet to being more active and going for walks more regularly and going from not exercising at all to exercising almost every week.

    All this things had a big impact on my life. I can definitely say with your guidance today I am a much more healthy person, and on that you cant out a price on! This journey is a marathon and not a sprint and I intent of taking this new founded habits with me fore the rest of life.

    Recipes are great and workouts are even better. I feel like I've learned a lot about workouts and they're for sure something I'll take forward with me.

    Before my time with you I would go through a hundred reasons in my head as to why I kept 'falling off the wagon' - need more protein, need more carbs, don't have certain foods in the house, restrict calories to 1600 in the week and go to 4k on the weekends etc.

    Clearly it is just mindset. Which is so obvious now but bizarrely isn't when you're in the midst of daily life. Mindset to say you'll make healthy, balanced choices. Cake one day, nutritious food the next few etc.

    Overall happy with progress throughout my time with you. I have a certain pair of black jeans and a few t-shirts that, prior to us starting, didn't fit nicely at all. They all do now. Which is great! Also have more muscle definition than I think I've ever had which again, is great!

    Thanks to the seven months I've spent working with Miguel, I've finally made regular workouts a part of my routine. Miguel's been amazing every step of the way.

    He's always happy to tweak my workouts and meal plans to fit my tastes and lifestyle, even adjusting things quickly and proactively when I'm travelling and have access to less (or more) equipment.

    His meal plans are fantastic! I love experimenting with food, and he's taken the time to understand my preferences, which is evident in every meal plan he creates for me.     I have been working with Miguel for over 6 months. I couldn't be happier with my journey and results. i wasn't new when it comes to weightlifting but I couldn't find the balance since I became vegan. Miguel's meal plans are easy to follow with a variety of yummy recipes.

    My fitness level was low due to back surgery but Miguel put me at ease and listened to my needs. He is always there to push me and get me out of my comfort zone and tell me off if needed.

    I am feeling great since I started my journey and the results so far make me keep going as I know we can still achieve better results.

    I have been vegan for a couple of years, but never paid much attention to my nutrition. With an increased offer of attractive and tasty vegan "junk food" options on the market and after going through some health issues, my weight grew to a level I was not comfortable with anymore.

    I've been working with Miguel for 3 months and I definitely recommend him. He is persistent yet gentle in the way he coaches.

    His meal plans are top notch: of 35+ meals and snacks while working together, there was only one I didn't like!

    His workouts are challenging but doable: I saw more results in 3 months than I ever expected to. I was a regular gym-goer and active daily before working with Miguel, but I have learned so much from him about form, workout construction, and nutrition.

    Having Miguel as my coach is the smartest decision I have made recently. I feel like I’ve invested in myself, learning more than I thought I would, not only about nutrition and fitness, but about a healthy mindset towards health.

    Trying out this journey with Miguel has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had never tried working with a personal trainer or nutricionist, but working with him is like getting top-notch, unbiased and scientific, while at the same time simple, advice from a good friend.     I’ve always been really active and worked out pretty much my whole life. However I was really inconsistent and I now realise I didn’t know the proper way to follow a workout plan.     The food was always delicious and easy to prep for the week ahead. It was very important to me as work would take up a lot of my time.

    The structure of the workouts were amazing, it was never a drag to go to the gym and I truely enjoyed each session. Being able to track weights and reps on the fitness app helped a lot too as you were able to see your progress after each session.
