Working with Miguel for the past year has been life changing for me. He is an amazing coach that teaches you very sustainable habits that I can keep for the long run. I’ve been super happy with our partnership and the results I’ve been achieving have been amazing. Watching my body transform and learn more about what makes a nutritional meal has been outstanding! Trying out this journey with Miguel has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I had never tried working with a personal trainer or nutricionist, but working with him is like getting top-notch, unbiased and scientific, while at the same time simple, advice from a good friend. From Miguel, I got the best tools and inspiration that will help me for the rest of my life.
I’ve always been really active and worked out pretty much my whole life. However I was really inconsistent and I now realise I didn’t know the proper way to follow a workout plan. Miguel has helped me understand the secrets of biomechanics, perfect my form and at the end of the day, to work out in a smarter, leaner way. Miguel is always supportive and will really motivate you to keep pushing harder by highlighting your accomplishments instead of your failures.
He has helped me understand how to transition from vegetarianism to a well-balanced vegan diet, that helps me accomplish my fitness goals. And all that while eating delicious meals every single day, and also eating out and going about my hectic daily life!
What I especially appreciated is how he adapted my meals and workouts to my schedule, travels and lifestyle, without it seeming imposed or “diet-like”. He also based them on what I like most (Italian cuisine, spicy food and Indian cuisine).
I've been working with Miguel for the past 3 months and I could't be happier!
My main goal was to learn about strenght training, but also to improve my vegan diet. It's been just a few months, but I can already ser all the progress we have made toguether: I'm slowly learning how to properly excersice and getting more confident at the gym (something I've been struggeling with for years!), and also improving my relationship with food, undestanding what I need and why.

I have been working with Miguel since January 2022! I am a fit and healthy person, but watched Miguel on Social Media for several months before deciding to work with him to change up my regimen, learn more about strength training and continue to improve my overall health and wellness, mind and body!
Miguel's workouts have been challenging, yet still fun. He is able to accommodate for so many situations like home gyms, traveling, injuries and more! My strength has definitely improved while learning more about how to avoid working out too much! Not to mention his help with one-on-one videos to be sure form is correct. He continually provides guidance until the movement is completed accurately to avoid injury! This is huge for personal trainers, in my opinion, as so many I have worked with in the past are lacking in this area!
Meal plans, oh my goodness, just about every recipe Miguel has provided has been easy to prepare with simple ingredients and AMAZING flavor! I love food and Miguel has done a great job providing me those foods which I enjoy to the fullest as well as incorporating nutritional supplements that I used prior to joining his coaching program.
I consider myself a little high maintenance when it comes to my wellness journey as I ask many questions along the way. Miguel is so patient and knowledgeable and answers every question I have! Much of the unsung accolades are well deserved in the area of personal growth, development and self acceptance of body. His own personal journey seems to have provided a great point of view on how to help his clients in every area of wellness, which is much appreciated!
