I got to know Miguel’s work by seeing the results he achieved with my partner. It didn’t took much until I’ve asked for support to myself. Transitioning to plant base can be challenging, specially if you don’t know how to handle veggies or how to balance nutrients very well, and that is when Miguel supports me and makes it just effortless. Omg! Where to start ... lol Miguel has been an angel sent from heaven!! Literally!! I’ve been struggling with an eating disorder for about 6-7 years now and working with Miguel and following his meal plan has helped me so much with developing a better relationship with food. I’m no longer hungry his meal plan is so satisfying and keeps me full for hours. In the past when I would binge eat I’d punish myself and continued binging for weeks ... but with Miguel I have learned that it’s ok if you slip up and I go on following his plan right after.
Also the recipes are SO DELICIOUS!! I always look forward to my next meal haha.
In the past I’ve also struggled with non vegan coaches that I had hired and I was constantly told I need to eat meat or get “real protein” but working with who specializes in plant based meals has been life changing! He is very attentive respectful and actually cares. He always answers my questions. I’m currently working out from home and his workout plan is awesome and are usually done in 45mins .. I used to spend hours at the gym.

I wanted to try to lose weight and gain muscle while on a plant based diet, but had trouble deciding on which trainer I should go with. Or how to even start to say the least. I chose Miguel because he is a vegan nutritionist and also a certified personal trainer, but most importantly one of the realest people on social media. I have been working with him for the past two months, going on three, and man I feel like a new person. Miguel works around your food likes/dislikes, equipment available to workout, and your availability. Every single recipe this man has given me is absolutely delicious. The workouts he provides leave you speechless, LITERALLY, but the reward is amazing. And if you ever want to just talk, he’s there to just chat about life. I just finished my first month with Miguel, and I can't recommend him enough! I am a person over 50 and had a hard time loosing weight around my min section even though I am an active person. It was really depressing not seeing results. My brother had recommended Miguel, but because of my age I was skeptical to sign up. I finally decided to try and Miguel has NOT disappointed! I am in my 2nd month with Miguel now and I would like to recommend him to anyone, who is interested in nutrition and/or training coaching, whether they are experienced or inexperienced with coaches yet. I have had two online coaches before and Miguel is by far the best experience. Miguel coaches me and my boyfriend nutritionwise on a vegan diet (I am on a fat-loss, the bf is on a muscle-gain journey) as well as trainingwise during Covid-19 without open gyms. So far we got amazing meal plans, that are customized to our goal, taste and to our time schedule. Same goes with the training plans, that have varied exercises, that you can easily do at home. What I like best is, that he constantly reaches out to you. He keeps track of your progress, frequently checking in, how the meals and the workouts are coming along, etc. That's a big factor, that keeps me motivated. I also very much like, that I can always text him and never have to wait more than a few hours for a response. We have bi-weekly video calls, but since we are always in touch through the coaching app (which is also very useful), we communicate much closer and more frequently, than bi-weekly may sound. Long story short: If you're interested, give his coaching a try. Absolutely recommend 100%.

Miguel is awesome! I can't recommend him enough. I just finished my first month and I am absolutely shocked at how much progress I have made. Miguel has been my go to guy for helping me stay on track with my delicious plant base meals! I can't reccomend him enough!!!I'm new to plant base foods so I really didn't known where to start. All I knew was that I needed help because I wanted to eat better, transition to plant base foods WHILE continuing to gain muscle mass- but I didn't understand the whole calorie count with plant base foods. No matter what your goal is -be it losing weight, gaining muscles or just getting more fit- Miguel is the guy for it! He is super supportive, uplifting and present (you can always reach out to him with questions and communication is fast, regular and to the point). The exercise and meal plans are individualized for your own personal needs and capabilities, which increases the overall motivation to follow through -and honestly, that is not really difficult as the exercises are diverse & fun and the meals are pure vegan deliciousness! In this way, I lost almost 4 kilos in less than two months and I feel stronger and more in shape than ever without going hungry or training a crazy amount of hours per day. I don’t have words to express my gratitude to Miguel!!!!! He is amazing!!!! He has changed my life!!!!! I have been with different meal plans, trainers different diets my last 4 years with no results at all and very very hard workouts. I could not loss any weight. My body still big. I even went to a doctor to take pills to lose weight. I became full vegan 2 years ago. I was lost how to balance my meals. I met Miguel 4 months ago in a group with other nutritionist and trainers. There were 4 of them. I was in a fat loss challenge. Then, I had a connection with him. He was very transparent and his customer service was super quick and excellent. I saw his honesty and integrity!!! After, I finished with the challenge I realized he offers service one to one as a trainer and nutritionist. I started follow him on Instagram and I was very impressed with all his knowledge. I said my self, I am going to try again but now only with him. You don’t have any idea how many trainers and classes I have done in my last 4 years. Even, I was a member of 2 different gyms. I did everything and I was about to give up. I remember, I had to wait almost a month for Miguel. He did not have any spot for me. Even, he recommended me another nutritionist and I said no, I am going to wait for you Miguel. He was the guy!!! I felt it in my heart!!!! And thank God I did!!!!! During my first month with Miguel I lost 8 pounds. My husband said he has never sees me like this before. Full of energy, my body has changed a LOT!!!!! I feel super strong!!!! His trainings are only 30 min. I canceled my gym memberships. No more gyms!!!! I work out at home with my dumbbells and see a lot results!!!!!! I eat a lot!!!!! I love my meal plans!!!! This is my second month with him!!!!! Well what can I say...probably the best decision I’ve made! Turned vegan around 4 months ago, at the same time stopped training and unfortunately gained a lot of weight and lost all my strength. I’m currently in week 6 and have finally started to notice and feel the difference/benefits (can’t wait for the progress pics in week 12). Miguel has by far been the best online coach I’ve ever experienced; we more or less message every day and feels like he’s actually by my side on my transitional journey. The meal preps are easy, very tasty, fresh and full of flavour (will never miss the old cardboard chicken and rice lunches). His online app platform works a treat and I finally feel like it’s given me the structure and a solid routine that is bespoke to me. I cant recommend miguel enough. Ive tried a couple of training and meal plans and they were not the best. But miguel gives you a meal plan with the exact amount of ingredients on the shopping list for 7 days so no food goes to waste. I feel stronger and healthier than before transitioning to a plant based diet. Miguel has taught me you don’t need to spend over an hour in the gym, train smart not hard. So far I’m in week 5 and i love the meals and training programme. Every day i have the app with miguel which gives me reminders for workouts and progress pictures. I really don’t have anything bad to say. Look forward to the journey ahead. The meals are different every day and unbelievably tasty 💪🏼
