SUPER COACHING

Working with me means that you are NOT receiving a general cookie-cutter plan.

Working with me means MUTUAL COMMITMENT, your willingness

to listen, learn, trust me and my knowledge. 

it's not a magic pill but A pleasant and rewarding

life-time experience.

1. Once you get started you will receive an email with the next steps

and schedule the initial consultation. Initial consultation will take place immediately after payment - pending schedule confirmation. 

 

2. The plan takes 3-5 business days from when all the necessary information is provided.


3. Every month we will revisit your weight, activity levels, goals and adjust and update accordingly.


4. The price is on a monthly basis


5. Plans are tailored to the following:

  • your current daily schedule;

  • time available to cook, meal prep and/or workout;

  • food preferences/allergies;

  • fitness level;

  • individual goals.

Are the plans customized?

- Yes 100% customized. I will go over many questions in our initial consultation to make sure I got all the information I need to make the plans suited to you personally.

Where can I see testimonials?

Do you only work with vegans?

- No, I work with both vegans and vegan-curious that I help transition slowly to plant-based. The exact time frame depends and varies from person to person.

I only want help with nutrition, can you do that?

- Both types of coaching offer a customized 7-day meal plan. You can skip the workout plan if you don't need it but remember that by working with me you're not just getting these 2 plans but a unique experience.

Do the plans change every week?

- No, they change every 4 weeks but you're free to ask for an amendment (only for Super Coaching).

 

I've never worked with a coach before!

- No worries. I will be with you every step of the way and you can ask me literally anything. Remember, there's no such thing as a silly question.

How long should I do this for?

- Again, it depends. My goal is to teach and guide you through our coaching together so that when you'll be on your own you can apply the same principles and what you've learned to keep fit and healthy!

Do you accept couples?

- Yes I've worked with couples many times. Since you most probably don't have the exact same goals you will be treated as 2 separate clients.

Do you offer just a 7-day meal plan?

- They are coming soon!
