Is this a fat loss challenge?
- Not necessarily. The main goal is to build a foundation towards a stronger and fitter you!

Can I only contact you during the weekly live Q&As?
- Nope! I will be in the app on a daily basis, Monday-Friday to answer any questions or doubts you may have.


Are the meal plans vegan?
- Yes they are.

Are the meal plans tailored to me?
- Having tailored meal plans in this challenge isn't the main idea. The goal is to help you take charge of your nutrition. While the meal plans aren't tailored I will choose one with the appropriate calories for you and you'll get several swaps within each recipe to switch things up.

Can I join if I'm not vegan?
- Yes you can, this can be your chance to take your health and plant based cooking skills to a the next level!


I don't go to a gym, can I still participate?
- Of course, you can choose from 3 workout programs: home with no equipment, home with dumbbells or at the gym.

I'm a beginner, can I still participate?
- Yep, the workout plans are from beginner up until advanced level.

How many hours do I need to workout per week?
- 4-5h per week is all the commitment I need from you.


I have certain allergies, can I still follow the meal plan?
- Yes you can, unless you have a soy allergy. The meal plan caters to alternatives to gluten and peanut but not soy. In addition to that, it's 100% plant based.

Do I have to use protein powder?
- Not if you don't want to. The meal plans are without protein powder in the recipes, but in the swaps section you will see ways of implementing it if you have one.


Do the meal/workout plans change every week?
- The meal plans are for 4 weeks (so two in total) and the workout plan is to follow for the entire period of the 8 weeks.

What if I can't attend the live?
- The weekly live Q&As will be recorded inside our Facebook group so you can watch them whenever you want!
